Time Off
Taking breaks from work is necessary to maintain a healthy work-life balance. There is no one-size fits-all method for achieving work-life balance, which is why The Company provides exempt employees with unlimited PTO. Offering unlimited PTO allows employees the flexibility to address their personal and professional needs, without having to sacrifice one for the other. Unlimited PTO does not supersede our disability, maternity, paternity, military, jury duty or other leave policies set forth by state or federal laws. Note that, unlimited PTO applies to exempt employees only, while non-exempt employees accrue 15-26 vacation days per year depending on seniority.
Paid Sick Time Leave—Employees are eligible for forty (40) hours of paid sick leave each year, prorated based on hire date. Sick time does not carry over from year to year.
